No previous Reiki experience is required.

Reiki I opens up your centers to connect to and channel the Reiki energy. You will have the ability to give Reiki to yourself and others.

Reiki II addresses the emotional and mental bodies, and gives you the ability to beam Reiki across vast distances, throughout generations, timelines, and dimensions.

• An overview of the human energetic anatomy.

• Reiki I & II placement (attunement)

• Holy Fire experiences

• The standard Reiki hand positions for giving a complete Reiki session for self and others.

• Traditional Japanese Reiki Techniques including: Gassho meditation, Reijiho intuitive guidance, Byosen energy scanning, Gyoshi ho personal energy purification, and Kenyoku eye Reiki

• Hands on practice session, how to give Reiki to yourself others, and animals

• Energetic anatomy- aura, chakra, physical/mental/emotional/spiritual bodies, and the ten subtle bodies.

• Animal energetic body anatomy

• Reiki for physical, mental and emotional issues.

• All Reiki II symbols and how to use them

• Distance healing that transcends space and time

• Reiki aided healing for trauma, past life issues, and ancestors.

• Reiki aided goal manifestation

• Psychic self defense and spirit removal information

• Using Reiki to connect with plants, crystals, animals, angels, land spirits and beyond

• Protocol for conducting a Reiki session

• 190-page class manual, Reiki I certificate, and Reiki II certificate.

This class is only the beginning of your Reiki journey, it’s the foundation for a self treatment practice which is the greatest gift of receiving the Holy Fire®/ Usui Reiki I & II placement. I recommend one hour of self treatment for at least 40 days to a year and beyond after the attunements. Self treatments balances your entire physical and energetic system enabling you to become a clearer channel for the Reiki energy.

Being attuned to Reiki is a life changing event and can change the direction of your life- being in Sedona only amplifies this. To prepare for class and care for yourself after: drink spring water, eat light vegetarian foods, and rest. Gentle yogic, and meditative practices are also recommended to integrate the energy. Journaling, and listening to positive music are also beneficial during this time. Keywords for this time are gentle, reflective, restful, and peaceful.
